Sarah Roberts is an experienced and accomplished leadership consultant and executive coach who integrates first-hand executive and government experience with cutting-edge bodymind skills and trauma-sensitive somatic coaching skills to provide clients with the guidance and support to tackle their most pressing issues. As the CEO of Clarity Matters Consulting LLC, Sarah leads and facilitates strategic initiatives and organizational change management, skills acquired as deputy director at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, where she led the implementation of numerous innovative programs that improved access to healthcare services for underserved communities.
Sarah is a graduate of the Advanced Leadership Training Program (ALTP) and has served as a volunteer coach and board member for RIHEL. She is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and has helped train the next generation of coaches and leaders as faculty of the RIHEL Coaching Academy. Sarah holds a Master’s in Health Administration, a Bachelor’s in Communication, and numerous certifications. Sarah resides in Centennial, Colorado.
