Elizabeth is a passionate leader with expertise in air pollution regulation, professional coaching, and leadership development. With over 20 years of experience in environmental regulation and sustainability, Elizabeth has collaborated with governmental bodies, NGOs, and businesses to create impactful air quality solutions. She is a supervisor in the Compliance Monitoring Unit at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment’s Air Pollution Control Division.
Elizabeth graduated from the RIHEL ALTP program in May 2015 and continued to build on her expertise by completing the Coaching Academy in 2024. This program equipped her with advanced coaching tools to help individuals and teams reach their fullest potential. Recently appointed as a Board member for RIHEL, an organization that has played a key role in her career, Elizabeth is excited to give back and contribute to shaping future environmental leadership efforts.
Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth enjoys a vibrant and active lifestyle. She loves traveling with her husband and father, moonlighting as an actor, and prioritizing physical wellness through yoga, road biking, Pilates, weightlifting, walking her dogs with her husband, and is a blue belt in Ninpo Taijutsu. Passionate about healthy living, Elizabeth advocates for nutritious food and holistic wellness practices and enjoys unwinding with a good book.
